Our apothecary will serve as a resource for an array of clean and effective products. The philosophy behind our offerings is integrative - pairing Eastern medicine with Western medical science that is the baseline for all of our products from body care, Eastern and Western herbs, tinctures, serums, balms and other offerings. Our in-house team of experts will oversee and educate members on the best options for their specific needs.

BIÂN co-founder and acclaimed Restaurateur Kevin Boehm leads the F&B program at The Restaurant at BIÂN. It was designed with intention, is ambitious in its sourcing, and contains broad offerings for all three meal periods. Consulting Chef Lee Wolen – Michelin starred Chef of Boka Restaurant, has curated a menu based on healthy food that is still craveable — with on-site Chef Ryan Maher executing seamlessly. The menu’s mission statement: “Creating the best tasting food, that still aligns with members health initiatives.”

Riverwalk bar

Our Riverwalk Bar and Lounge offers another opportunity to dine al fresco or quickly pick-up a coffee or smoothie. Our outdoor lounge menu was inspired by our menu at The Restaurant but with an added twist - available during the warm weather seasons.
