Lynne's Daily Wellness Routine (see below).
Wake-up early, for a 5-minute Gratitude Meditation (placing me in a positive mindset before the day even begins)
Followed by drinking my morning beverages; water w/ lemon and AG1 (athletic greens).
Meals: breakfast usually falls between 8-9am, lunch (largest meal of the day) between 12-1:30pm, supper/dinner between 5-6pm
Minimum of 30 minutes of Movement; Pilates, Yoga, &/or Strength Training
Midday pause / 5 minute Be-Still Meditation
Minimum of 30 minutes heart health (Cardio Movement); walk, run, or HIIT
I always make a point to get outside for some fresh air, at least once!
Consume 91 ounces (2.7 liters) of water throughout the day
Wind down routine, for good sleep hygiene (the 3, 2, 1 method) … 3 hours before bedtime I pause food/alcohol intake, 2 hours before bed all work is paused, 1 hour before bed all screen time is paused, and devices are silenced. Roughly 45-mins before bed I begin my nightly skin care and dental hygiene routine, warm shower, and a final 5-minute Reflection Meditation.
Prioritize sleep. I ALWAYS make a point to get to bed around the same time each night, allowing opportunity to receive a FULL 8 hours of sleep.
Rest. Repair. Rejuvenate. Repeat
