Fertility Support Track: Optimize reproductive health, regulate hormones, support cycle syncing, and reduce stress.

Recommended Weekly Schedule (8–12 Weeks):

  • Acupuncture – Hormonal balance, cycle regulation, stress relief

  • Nutrition – Anti-inflammatory, fertility-focused meal planning

  • Chiropractic – Pelvic alignment, nervous system balance

  • Pelvic Floor PT – Preparation for pregnancy; address pelvic pain or incontinence

  • Massage – Stress relief and circulation support

Optional Add-Ons:
Private meditation, yoga, Pilates, breathwork

Prenatal Track: Support physical changes, manage discomfort, reduce swelling, prepare for delivery, and maintain energy.

First Trimester:

  • Acupuncture – Support for nausea, fatigue, fetal development

  • Nutrition – (Content to be provided by Ben)

  • Corrective Exercise – Core and pelvic stability, safe movement guidance

Second Trimester:

  • Prenatal Massage – Reduce swelling, back and hip pain, stress (MLD or standard massage)

  • Pelvic Floor PT – Support muscles, breathwork, prevent dysfunction

  • Chiropractic – Align pelvis, relieve discomfort

  • Pilates/Yoga – Maintain posture, strength, and breath awareness

Third Trimester:

  • Acupuncture – Labor preparation, sleep and anxiety support

  • Massage – Relaxation and lymphatic drainage

  • Chiropractic – Optimize pelvic positioning for labor

  • Pelvic Floor PT – Perineal prep, pushing techniques, breathwork

Postpartum Recovery Track (0–6 Months): Restore pelvic health, support hormonal shifts, rebuild strength, and promote emotional wellness.

Weeks 1–6:

  • Massage – Lymphatic drainage, recovery support

  • Acupuncture – Hormonal balance, emotional wellness, milk production

  • Nutrition – Postpartum healing foods, blood sugar regulation, lactation support

Weeks 6–12 (After Medical Clearance):

  • Pelvic Floor PT – Core reconnection, leakage or prolapse support

  • Chiropractic – Relief for posture issues from feeding/holding baby

  • Pilates – Core and pelvic floor rebuilding

  • Corrective Exercise – Breath integration, posture realignment, safe return to movement
