This is an ideal workshop for anyone looking to begin or deepen their meditation practice as it allows for you to explore and experience different types of meditation formats in one sitting. In this two-hour workshop, you will be introduced to 5 meditation styles where you can feel the benefits of each. This will allow for you to curate your personal meditation journey while increasing the likelihood of making a meditation practice a more integral part of your life.
