Course: Functional Bodybuilding

Mondays & Wednesdays beginning September 9 | 5:30pm - 6:30pm

A small group, longevity-focused approach to building muscle, enhancing muscular endurance, and improving physique! Bodybuilding is one of the best ways to create durability by building dense muscle tissue surrounding your joints. This semi private 6-week course is designed to educate individuals on the nuance of building muscle while keeping the workouts functional for daily performance needs. This is also a great introduction to barbell work, and is very accessible for folks dealing with injuries.
