Join Lynne Alberding, BIÂN Fitness Coach & Master Pilates Instructor for a 4-week series where we harness the power of Pilates apparatus to enhance body balance, target strength and stability, aid injury prevention, and ultimately help improve your game on the greens just in time for the summer months.
