Mindful Consumption Meditation
This special event will be an interactive meditative experience with the food & drink that will be provided to heighten awareness and build the skill around consuming with intention. Sensory awareness, timing and other strategies will be explored - led by Dr. Ben Schuff, BIÂN Director of Naturopathy & Nutrition and Dominica Fisher, BIÂN Director of Meditative and Creative Exploration.
