Tai Chi "Taiji" is a health, self-defense, and spiritual exercise that enhances well-being and inner evolution through sensitivity and relaxation. In this workshop you will learn Taiji movements step-by-step and gain a clear understanding of how Taiji exercises the body, mind, and spirit. Leading this workshop is co-owner of Chicago's "Energy Fitness" - Master Sifu Paula Lazarz - inductee of Illinois Martial Arts Hall of Fame, 6th-Degree Black Sash in Tsai's Shaolin Quan, a 27-year veteran of Kung Fu, 24-year veteran of Qi Gong and 18-year veteran of Tai Chi.
