Turf Classes

Join a small group experience on the turf or on the cardio equipment for a variety of unique classes designed by our in-house fitness experts. Class sizes are intentionally small to allow for trainers to work closely with each member and range from 20 minutes to 60-minutes.

Independent Training

Train independently in our intelligently designed fitness space with our fully equipped strength training stations, wide range of weight training options and array of cardio equipment ranging from spin bikes, treadmills, rowers to elliptica

Personal Training

Customize your training by working one-on-one with Chicago’s most seasoned and educated fitness coaches. The coaching team follows a philosophy rooted with evidence-based practices that is integrative in nature through the collective efforts of the other professionals in the club.

ZAC WALTERS

Director of Fitness

From a young age Zac was immersed in physical activity and sport, leading him to naturally continue his journey into his college years, graduating with a degree in Exercise Science and Fitness from Illinois State University. With over 11 years of coaching, continued education, and nutrition experience he holds the Functional Movement Screen level 1-2 and Precision Nutrition certifications, which affords him the ability to incorporate the latest innovative methods into his work with clients.

Zac has worked with professional athletes, managed corporate business wellness programs and has lead group and 1:1 sessions for all age groups. His approach to fitness emphasizes a true understanding of the individuals goals to set realistic expectations that can be executed upon to drive personal success. Establishing long-term client interactions with the goal of integrating exercise and optimal wellness into the demands of daily life is his driver to keeping people moving well for their lifetime. He is blessed to be a part of the BIÂN team and work with such a dedicated and talented staff, not only challenging one another, but supporting each other to deliver the highest level of service.

Zac and his lovely wife Greta are constantly on the move caring for their wonderful 2 year old boy Graham. They enjoy the outdoors and have a passion relaxing and watching a great film.
